Please note:
- All payments must be made to the official company account only. The company will not be responsible for any payments made to personal accounts or unauthorized representatives.
- Customer is responsible to ensure product access through stairway/service lift.
Terms & Conditions:
- Currency & Taxes: All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes.
- Order Confirmation & Payment: 100% payment is required to confirm the order. No changes to the order will be accepted after 24 hours of confirmation, provided the order hasn’t been dispatched.

Shipping Charges:
- Free shipping within Hyderabad.
- For outstation deliveries, shipping is billed at Rs. 40/km plus 18% GST
- Delivery Timeline: Estimated delivery is 3–5 working days from the date of order confirmation, based on delivery pin code.
- In-Transit Products: There may be delays of up to 30 days for “in transit SKUs” due to unforeseen supply chain issues.

Warranty Policy:
- 1 Year Limited Warranty: Covers manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials (excluding covers and handles, if any) and electronic components. Products will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.
- 4 Years Service Warranty: Products will be serviced at no additional cost.
- Warranty Exclusions: Damage due to accidents, misuse, improper maintenance, or customer-induced damage is not covered.
- Inspection at Delivery: Customers are required to inspect the product at the time of delivery. Any damage or discrepancy must be reported on the acknowledgment slip provided by the delivery agent.
- Returns: Return requests are accepted only within 3 days of delivery, in case of damaged or incorrect product delivered, and only if the product is in its original condition and packaging.

Return Guidelines:
- Do not unpack the order if installation is required.
- Returns will not be accepted if the product has been unpacked by the customer.
- Retain the original box until the return window is closed. Return requests without the original packaging cannot be processed.

Installation Guidelines:
- Delivered boxes must remain in place until the installation team arrives.
- Do not move the boxes or place items on top of them; any resulting damage will be the customer's responsibility.
- Cancellation Policy: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of confirmation, provided they have not been dispatched.
- Refunds: In case of a cancellation, a 100% store credit will be issued via a credit note with no expiry date.
- Demurrage: Delivery must be accepted within 30 days of order placement. Delays beyond this will attract demurrage charges.
- Governing Law: Transactions are governed by the laws of Telangana, and any disputes will be subject to courts in Hyderabad.
- Acknowledgment: I have read and acknowledged the Warranty, Return, Refund & Cancellation policies.
