All prices are in INR which include applicable taxes and shipping.
The buyer must inspect the furniture upon delivery and report any damages or defects within 3 days of receipt.
Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery only in case of wrong product or damaged product delivered, provided the furniture is in its original condition and packaging.
Do not unpack the order in case installation is required. Returns will not be accepted for products that have been unpacked by the customer.
Please retain the original box until the return window is closed. If the original box is not available, a return request cannot be raised.
The furniture is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. - The warranty does not cover damages resulting from accidents, misuse, or improper maintenance.
Delivery can be reattempted only once. In case the buyer reschedules delivery more than once, it will be charged as per actuals.
Bay Window shall hold material in the Warehouse for a maximum of 90 days. Post which there will be a demurrage charge of 2% per week.
Incase there is no service lift, the customer has to arrange for labour/people to lift the material to the respective floor.
Customer is responsible to ensure that the product fits through stairway/service lift.
