Terms and conditions
- All prices are in INR which include applicable taxes and shipping.
- The buyer must inspect the furniture upon delivery and report any damages or defects within 3 days of receipt.
- Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery only in case of wrong product or damaged product delivered, provided the furniture is in its original condition and packaging.
- Do not unpack the order in case installation is required. Returns will not be accepted for products that have been unpacked by the customer.
- Please retain the original box until the return window is closed. If the original box is not available, a return request cannot be raised.
- The furniture is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. - The warranty does not cover damages resulting from accidents, misuse, or improper maintenance.
- Delivery can be reattempted only once. In case the buyer reschedules delivery more than once, it will be charged as per actuals.
- Bay Window shall hold material in the Warehouse for a maximum of 90 days. Post which there will be a demurrage charge of 2% per week.
- Incase there is no service lift, the customer has to arrange for labour/people to lift the material to the respective floor.
- Customer is responsible to ensure that the product fits through stairway/service lift.
- I have read and acknowledged the Warranty terms and conditions while placing the order.
