  c. Minimum Billing: To use the exchange coupon, customers must make a minimum purchase of Rs. 1,00,000.

  d. Validity: The exchange coupon code is valid for 3 months from the date of issue.

  e. Product Condition: Products must be in usable condition; damaged products are not eligible for exchange.
