  e. Product Condition: Products must be in usable condition; damaged products are not eligible for exchange.

  f. Pickup & Delivery Guidelines: Pickup of old furniture and delivery of new furniture may not occur on the same day, as these processes are managed by different teams. Pickup of old furniture can be scheduled up to 48 hours before or after the delivery of your new furniture, based on availability.

  g. Coupon Usage: Only one discount coupon can be used per transaction.
