Eligibility:

• The lucky draw is open to all participants aged 25 and above.
• Employees and immediate family members of DesignFirst Homes (aka Bay Window) are not eligible to participate.

How to Enter:

• Participants must visit the Miyapur/Kompally Bay Window Store  to enter the lucky draw.
• Only one entry per household will be accepted.

Prize:

• The winner will receive furniture worth ₹1.25 lakh, to be chosen from three (3) pre-selected living room packages.
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.

Winner Selection:

• The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.
• The draw will take place on Sunday, 15th June 2025 at the Miyapur Bay Window Store.

Claiming the Prize:

• The winner will be notified via email/phone within 24 hours of the draw.
• The winner must claim their prize within 10 days. If unclaimed, a new winner will be selected.

Privacy:

• By entering the lucky draw, participants agree to allow DesignFirst Homes to use their name and image for promotional purposes.

General Conditions:

• DesignFirst Homes reserves the right to cancel or modify the lucky draw if necessary.
• Participation in the lucky draw implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
